Capoeira Malungos Copenhagen

About Capoeira

More than
martial arts.
More than dance

Capoeira was created in Brazil by enslaved Africans as a disguised form of self-defense. Today, it's an interactive art form where two people move together in a circle (called a roda), combining movement, music, and mutual respect.

It's a full-body workout that trains your mind, builds community, and connects you to Afro-Brazilian culture. No experience needed , just bring yourself and we'll teach you the rest.

"CAPOEIRA is guard, STRIKE, sway, and playing it SLICK"

Capoeira é defesa, ataque a ginga de corpo e a malandragem.
